Applications are also typically cloud-based and designed for collaboration, with multiple users able to access and work on the same data simultaneously.

Another benefit of using applications is the ability to integrate with other software and systems. For example, an application can be integrated with a customer relationship management (CRM) system to automatically update customer information or with an accounting system to track financial data. This integration can save time and reduce the risk of errors.
