Template actions are executed when certain events related to the template are triggered. These events are listed below:

Add actions to template
To add actions to a template, follow these steps:
- Open the template, so that the grid becomes visible.
- Click the left pointing arrow in the top right corner. A menu should appear on the right.
- Open the Template drop-down menu and go to the Actions tab.
- Press the plus button to create a new action, or click the Select label input field to select an action that already exists. This is shown in the second image below.
